XCMG Machinery is Popular in Southeast Asia

With iron arms soaring high in the sky and clear skies for thousands of miles, with the sound of firecrackers symbolizing success and hope, several XCMG XE35U micro excavators were successfully delivered at the Thai dealer Kong Jingfu branch. On site, XCMG's sales and service team had close communication with customers, who expressed high recognition for the product performance and user experience of XCMG excavators.

Thailand has a complex terrain and a variable climate, with frequent alternations of drought and humidity. Customers' demand for mining machinery is also becoming increasingly diverse. As the "preferred" model for diversified construction, the XE35U plays an important role in operating environments such as municipal roads, farmland renovation, and small area site loading and unloading, and is one of the most popular small tonnage products in Southeast Asia.

The overall appearance of the XE35U adopts a tailless design, which is flexible and versatile, making it easy to operate in narrow spaces such as urban streets and basements. The ultra small turning radius ensures the convenience of construction. The working device has a deflection function and can be combined with the rotation of the upper vehicle to achieve excavation operations parallel to the wall in a narrow space, meeting various extreme working conditions of urban excavation construction. The driver's cab can be flipped forward by 35 °, and in conjunction with the fully open rear hood, it can provide comprehensive maintenance of the entire machine. In addition, the XE35U can also be equipped with backup hydraulic pipelines, which can achieve hydraulic quick change and installation of crushing hammers, further improving the adaptability to working conditions.

The two Thai customers who participated in the handover ceremony needed to purchase a batch of micro excavators due to construction needs. After gaining a deep understanding of the XCMG brand, they went to the Kongjing Prefecture branch to conduct practical operations on the XE35U. The customer believed that XCMG's products had excellent hardware configuration and handling performance, and completed the order signing on the spot.

After the handover ceremony, the XE35U was transported to the customer's use site, and XCMG service personnel arrived at the site simultaneously to provide maintenance and inspection training for operators, and continuously follow up on the customer's use experience.
